We’re situated on Claverton Down, overlooking the picturesque city of Bath and surrounded by beautiful countryside. Our campus is compact and easy to get around, providing a community feel for our staff and students and a lovely environment to work in. Our city centre location is the Virgil Building, situated near Bath Spa train station.

Arts at The Edge

Our arts centre The Edge is a vibrant hub of creativity and the heart of student arts on campus offering year-round events, exhibitions, film and theatre.

Shops

We have two convenience stores on campus − Fresh, a small supermarket with a post office on the Parade, and The Market in the student centre.

Food and drink

There are many great places to buy food or drink on campus. From bustling cafés to food courts, with lots of vegetarian and vegan menu options, there’s plenty to choose from.

Sports facilities

Our £30 million Sports Training Village (STV) is a renowned centre for sporting excellence. Home of Team Bath and used by some of the finest elite athletes in the country, we offer subsidised access for our staff to enjoy the facilities, too.  

Chaplaincy

The Chaplaincy offers support and care all year round and welcomes everyone whatever your faith (or non-faith). All are welcome to drop in for an event, service or a friendly chat. We also have two Muslim prayer rooms available to use here.

Library

The Library is open 24 hours a day to staff and students. It provides study space and resources for learning, teaching and research.
