• IT Service Desk, this team provides in person first line IT Support for students and staff
• Intelligent Campus, this team is responsible for the University campus network, Wi-Fi service and Data centre infrastructure
• Service Management (AV), this team provide audio visual support including, media production, event support (conferences), systems engineering & maintenance
• Cyber Security, this team helps keep the University safe and secure and respond to the threat of cyber attacks
• PMO, The Portfolio Management Office team manages the DDaT portfolio of projects.  They make sure the department is doing all the right projects at the right time and they support project managers in the delivery of their projects with templates and processes.

We are now open for applications for work experience placements between 10th and 14th July 2023. If you’re interested in this career pathways, then click the apply button and fill our online application form. You'll be asked to answer 5 questions as well as complete a diversity questionnaire. 

Our aim is to provide as many opportunities as possible to the widest range of people, hence the restriction in length of placement.

Our work experience placements are open to young people living or studying in the local area, aged between 14 and 18 years old. Unfortunately it is not designed to cover long-term placements that support college courses or T Levels.
